LONGFORD VILLAGE GREEN PLAYGROUND – NORTHERN MIDLANDS COUNCIL Last Friday the 19th December saw the completion and grand opening of the Longford Village Green playground proudly installed by Ultimate Play.
In the north east corner of Longford Park opposite a small Cafe (Caffeine & Co) at the end of Longford Avenue in Stretford is this well equipped playground, surrounded by metal fencing with a gated entrance and exit, this park is ideal for young children, toddlers and older children, the large adjacent field is perfect for ball games, kite flying, Frisbee, running about and picnics etc. >
